DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS & SPECIAL HANDLING
KitchenX is committed to ensuring timely and efficient deliveries. However, certain circumstances may require special handling or lead to delivery exceptions. Please review the following scenarios to better understand our policies.
1. DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS & REMOTE LOCATIONS
Deliveries to remote or out-of-service areas may take longer than our standard delivery timeframe.
- Customers residing in restricted zones (such as military bases, ports, free zones, or high-security areas) must ensure they have the necessary permissions for package delivery.
- If our courier partners are unable to deliver to your location, our customer service team will reach out with alternative solutions.
2. BULK ORDERS & HEAVY ITEMS
Large or bulk orders (exceeding standard shipping weights or volumes) may require additional shipping time and charges.
- Customers will be notified of any extra fees before dispatch.

3. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order up to three (3) times before it is returned to our warehouse.
- If an order is returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
- Customers must ensure they provide accurate contact information and are available at the scheduled delivery time.
4. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES
If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or opened, do not accept it from the courier.
- Immediately contact our support team at support@kitchenx.ae to report the issue.
- KitchenX will investigate the case and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our policies.
5. SPECIAL DELIVERY REQUESTS
Customers requiring scheduled deliveries at specific times should reach out to our customer service before placing an order.
