Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. To assure an astounding customer experience, we have formed this impartial replacement & refund policy that is an extension of our organization’s customer-centricity.
Returning a product is completely free, with no shipping or restocking charges.
3 Days Return Policy for No-Damage Products
KitchenX offers a 3-day return period for non-damaged products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it within three (3) days of receipt of goods.
- Return requests after the 3-day period will not be accepted.
Not Eligible for Replacement or Refund
- Food and Beverage: These items are non-returnable due to the consumable nature of the product. However, in the unlikely event a damaged, defective, or different item is delivered, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable. We may contact you to assess the damage or defect prior to issuing a refund/replacement.
- Customized orders: Including special orders, are non-replaceable and non-refundable.
- Products that have been fully assembled or requested with installation: These are not eligible for returns.
- Product(s) damaged due to misuse: Even if they are still under warranty, products showing signs of wear & tear are not eligible.
- Damaged/faulty/incorrect products: Not reported within 3 days after delivery will NOT be eligible for replacement or refund.
Replacement Criteria
- If the product is damaged/defective upon delivery, the customer should report it within 24 hours along with a photograph of the damaged product at support@kitchenx.ae.
- The product must be returned with the original packaging, including all accessories, freebies, information booklets, and warranty cards, and in the same condition as delivered.
- The replacement will be processed once the product is received at our facility and inspected by our team. Once approved, the customer will be provided with a confirmation email.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will typically be initiated within 7–15 business days once the product is received at our facility and passes the quality check.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Cancellation Policy
- At KitchenX.ae, we strive to provide a seamless and reliable shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes changes may be necessary. Please read our cancellation policy below:
Order Cancellation Window:
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
How to Cancel:

Refunds:
If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow up to 45 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Cancellable Orders:
Orders that have already been shipped or customized upon request are not eligible for cancellation.
Certain promotional or clearance items may also be excluded from cancellation. These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
KitchenX Rights:
KitchenX reserves the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.
Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method.
- Orders placed via debit/credit card will be refunded within 7–15 business days.
- Orders placed via cash on delivery will be refunded to the bank account of the customer’s choice. Customers must ensure their bank details are accurate, as KitchenX will not be responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient.
- Customers can cancel store credit and claim a refund within 30 days from the date of store credit creation.
How to File a Replacement or Refund Request
- All claims require an authorization number from our customer service.
- To submit a request, please contact our customer support team via email at [support@kitchenx.ae] or Call / WhatsApp us at +971542756994 Our team will provide a return authorization slip and a prepaid shipping label within 2–3 business days after submitting a request.
- Once you receive the shipping label, print two copies: one to attach to the package and one as a pickup reference. Keep this document safe until the replacement or refund process is complete.
- Ensure the return package is ready with all required labels. Our courier team will contact you to collect the returned goods smoothly.
- Customers will have to contact the manufacturer’s service center directly in cases where products are not accepted for returns by KitchenX.
