1. Introduction
Welcome to KitchenX (Bespoke Kitchen Company LLC-FZ) (“KitchenX”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We provide our customers with high-quality commercial kitchen equipment available for purchase through our website, located at https://www.kitchenx.ae (the “Site”). By using the Site and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase products from us.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that the information on the Site is accurate and complete. However, we do not guarantee that the information, including descriptions, prices, and images of our products, is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.
3. Ordering and Payment
- When you place an order on the Site, we will send you an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order will only be accepted and a contract formed when we dispatch the products to you.
- Orders are processed and delivered within 2–3 business days if placed before the cut-off time of 1:00 PM.
- Orders may be delayed due to peak periods, holidays, or verification processes.
- Payments can be made via credit/debit card or cash on delivery (COD).
- We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment processing fails.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Policy
KitchenX understands the importance of timely deliveries and has established the following policies:
Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 2–3 Business Days for orders placed before 1:00 PM.
- Delays may occur due to peak times, holidays, or verification processes.
- For urgent deliveries, please contact us at support@kitchenx.ae.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
We currently accept only prepaid card payments for all orders.
Please note: Additional charges may apply for heavy or oversized items. Our team will contact you for confirmation prior to dispatch in such cases.
Address Changes
- Customers can request a change in delivery address if the order is in Confirmed or Pending status.
- If the order has already been shipped, address changes may result in additional delivery charges.
- Contact support@kitchenx.ae with your order number to request changes.
Tracking Your Order
- Customers will receive tracking details via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.
- Tracking details will be live within 24 hours after being updated by the courier.
- In case of tracking delays, contact our customer service for assistance.
Non-Availability on Delivery
- Our delivery partners will attempt delivery three times before returning the package to our warehouse.
- Ensure your contact details are accurate for smooth delivery.
- If a non-delivery occurs due to incorrect information provided, any re-delivery costs will be borne by the customer.
Order Cancellation
- Customers may cancel their orders before shipping to be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Orders that are already shipped cannot be canceled; customers must refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- KitchenX reserves the right to cancel orders due to unavailability, verification failures, or any other reasons.
5. Returns and Refunds
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return products within 3 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
- Products must be in original condition and packaging. We do not accept used or damaged returns.

- Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
6. Warranty
- All products come with an Original Equipment Manufacturer’s (OEM) warranty. The warranty length varies by product.
- Refurbished Products: Warranty ranges from 0 to 3 months, based on the product description.
- The warranty applies to repairs of main components only and does not cover full replacement.
- Misused or damaged products are not covered under warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability in connection with any purchased product is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.
- We are not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from product use.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms will be settled in the appropriate UAE courts.
9. Payment Information
- BESPOKE KITCHEN COMPANY L.L.C-FZ” maintains the https://kitchenx.ae/ Website (“Site”).
- Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment’’
- The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency”.
- We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries’’
- Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website’’

- User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account’’
10. Cancellation Policy
At KitchenX.ae, we strive to provide a seamless and reliable shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes changes may be necessary. Please read our cancellation policy below:
Order Cancellation Window:
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
How to Cancel:
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email at [support@kitchenx.ae] or Call / WhatsApp us at +971542756994 within the 24-hour window.
Refunds:
If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow up to 45 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Cancellable Orders:
Orders that have already been shipped or customized upon request are not eligible for cancellation.
Certain promotional or clearance items may also be excluded from cancellation. These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
KitchenX Rights:
KitchenX reserves the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.
